APARTMENT HOTEL SERVICES
We process your personal data to provide you with hotel services, including accommodation. If you do not provide the necessary personal data, you will not be able to receive our services. We are bound by the legal obligations of hotels, including the obligation to identify our customer, i.e. we are obliged to determine whether you are the person you claim to be.
We store personal data from customer registration forms for 3 years. Payment card information is deleted from the hotel system 72 hours after the guest checks out of the hotel.

VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
We perform video surveillance and process your personal data when you are on the premises of our hotel, for the purposes of your personal safety and the safety of our employees, customers and property. Video surveillance recordings are stored in our systems for up to 30 days.

In order to fulfill our obligations to you, we transfer your personal data to companies that provide us with services, for example, to make accommodation reservations.
