Details About Payment

Payment for RVR Smart Apartement bookings will be processed through our payment gateway partner, Stripe. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. Your credit or debit card will be charged immediately upon completion of the booking process. All prices quoted are in the specified currency and include applicable taxes and fees.

Refund Policies

If you need to cancel your hotel booking, refunds will be issued according to the cancellation policy outlined below. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to make the booking. Please note that any fees charged by our payment gateway partner, Stripe, are non-refundable. Once approved, refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect on your credit or debit card statement.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation of a hotel booking must be made in accordance with the specific cancellation policy associated with the reservation. All flat rates are non-refundable, and refunds will only be issued in cases where we are unable to provide you with the service you have paid for. If you wish to cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs, but please be aware that cancellations may result in a full or partial loss of your payment. It is the responsibility of the guest to review and understand the cancellation policy for their reservation before completing the booking process.
